This Privacy Policy explains how Made in Dallas (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and join our founding list.

What we collect

When you join the founding list we collect your email address, what you’re building, and whether you’re Dallas-based. If you choose to share them, we also collect your phone number and your Instagram and TikTok handles. That’s it.

How we use it

We use your information solely to contact you about Made in Dallas — your invite, launch updates, and founding member benefits. No spam, and we never sell your data to third parties.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely with our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
